Opening of Gharzolhasaneh Current Account for Real Entities

Current accounts are among the most important tools in commercial transactions. Along with this account comes a cheque book, cheques or which can be cashed through Bank Pasargad's extensive network of branches free if charge.

Conditions:

- An introductory by another account holder, whose signature is confirmed by one of the bank branches, is required.

- A confirmation letter from the Central Bank of Iran is required for the applicant and/or his/her attorney (whether real or legal entity.) It might take 1 month to receive this confirmation.

- IRIB's Cheque laws and regulations are applied to any cheques to be drawn by the customers.

Opening of Gharzolhasaneh Current Account for Foreign Real Entities

The followings are required for opening of Gharzolhasaneh Current Account for foreign entities, in addition to all above requirements:

- An introductory letter from one of the bank's customers as well as one from any of the governmental organizations and/or one of the foreign embassies.

- A valied resident permit, which bears photo of the entity.

- Copy of the above-mentioned permit.

Opening of Gharzolhasaneh Current Account for Legal Entities

Opening of Gharzolhasaneh Current Account for those legal entities, which are registered according to Iranian regulations, is permitted and the required documents are:

- A request by the entity for opening of account. This request should be signed and sealed by all authorized signatories of the entity.

- A real copy of the Articles of Association.

- A real copy of deed of the company.

- Official Gazzette's related notice of company's registration, its board members and managing director, as well as all authorized signatories.

- It should be clearly mentioned in the company's Articles of Association that opening of account and banking transactions are permitted.

- The latest minutes of the company's general assembly, in which limits and duration of    its board of directors and authorized signatories are clearly mentioned.

-  Original and copy of birth ID's of all authorized signatories.

-  Original and copy of national ID's of all authorized signatories.

- Completed application forms.

Opening of Gharzolhasaneh Current Account for Foreign Legal Entities

Opening of this account is permitted for foreign legal entities, if registered under Iranian laws and regulations. The procedure will be the same as the above.
