This is all because the organizational excellence models are the same successful experiences and approaches of pioneer global leading organizations.
LDefining a vision, setting strategic targets and adjusting right strategies for the achievement of these targets while promoting them throughout all layers and branches of the organization, for creating a common understanding of the programs and elaborating roles of each individual in the advancement of these targets, proper organizational efforts for developing intangible assets as well as changing their beliefs, thoughts, perspectives and managerial or leadership capabilities are all among the focal subjects of such program.
Pursuing this vision, stabilizing and institutionalizing the 'organizational excellence model' according to EFQM model was initiated by the support of Dr.Ghassemi - Bank supreme manager - and put into practice by all the principal divisions of the Bank since 2010 (named as "inauguration year of the flight") and has continued so far, with the utmost seriousness. Accordingly, the main purpose of this guideline attempt is to consolidate the drastic growth and development of the Bank in diverse specialized arenas and increasing willingness towards securing the steady improvement of the gained valuable successes.
